The Staff Accountant will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. What You Will Do

  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other month-end close activities
  • Perform daily and monthly cash and bank reconciliations
  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with sales and use tax reporting and compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
  • Partner with the broader accounting team on special projects and initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of debits, credits, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
  • Experience with full-cycle AP and AR
  • Exposure to sales and use tax
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to learn and grow

Salary: $75-85K
