Qualifications for the Cost Analyst:
• 3 – 5 years of FP&A experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or retail industry
• Experience with inventory, financial modeling, and creating KPI dashboards

Key Responsibilities for the Cost Analyst:
• Support budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and working capital
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools for leadership teams
• Prepare executive-level reporting, performance summaries, and KPI analysis
• Identify business risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives through financial analysis
