Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary Range: $95,000–$110,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and drive month end close
  • Review the work of and provide guidance to junior accountants
  • Oversee accounts payable activities, processes, and internal controls
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and increase efficiency
  • Support financial reporting and ASC 606 revenue recognition
  • Assist with accounting initiatives tied to acquisitions, integrations, and company growth
  • Partner with leadership on projects designed to strengthen and scale the finance organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA or currently pursuing CPA designation preferred
  • Prior public accounting/audit experience strongly preferred, particularly with a regional accounting firm
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in taking on greater responsibility and growing into a leadership role
