Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Manage general ledger activities and maintain accounting records.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Support external audits and tax compliance activities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls and support process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operational leaders across the business.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
- Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment.
- Strong general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting experience.
- Ability to independently perform and resolve complex account reconciliations.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
