Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Manage general ledger activities and maintain accounting records.
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support external audits and tax compliance activities.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strengthen internal controls and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with operational leaders across the business.
  • Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
  • Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or related environment.
  • Strong general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting experience.
  • Ability to independently perform and resolve complex account reconciliations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
