Key Responsibilities for the Director of Payroll & Benefits:
• Lead payroll operations across multiple locations and entities.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, tax reporting, audits, and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee administration of employee benefit programs, renewals, and open enrollment activities.
• Manage payroll reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop payroll and benefits team members while strengthening internal controls.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, tax reporting, audits, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications for the Director of Payroll & Benefits:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Strong expertise in payroll regulations, tax reporting, employee benefits administration, and ADP Workforce Now.
