Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Hialeah, FL (Hybrid after training)
Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in multi-entity environments
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Comfortable in a role without direct reports
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities for multiple entities, including AP, AR, billing, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities, sales tax filings, and financial reporting support
- Monitor cash activity, intercompany transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide executive support through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential project assistance
- Utilize AI tools and accounting technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Support process documentation, reporting enhancements, and collaboration with external CPA and tax partners
