Key Responsibilities for the Insurance & Risk Analyst:

  • Manage commercial insurance programs, renewals, policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Administer property and auto claims and maintain insurance schedules
  • Review contracts and insurance requirements to identify and mitigate risk exposures
  • Track insurance costs, invoices, and premium allocations across entities
  • Support development of corporate risk management policies and procedures
  • Assist with risk analysis for acquisitions and strategic business initiatives
  • Coordinate business licensing, entity filings, and governance-related activities

Qualifications for the Insurance & Risk Analyst:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, corporate risk management, or commercial insurance brokerage/account management
  • Strong background managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, claims, certificates, endorsements, and compliance processes
  • Experience reviewing contracts and evaluating insurance requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • Multi-entity organization experience strongly preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
