Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
- Support recruiting efforts by conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications.
- Manage background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions, policies, and administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and other department programs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, administrative, or related professional experience.
- Working knowledge of onboarding, recruiting, employee records, and general HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS and other business systems.
