Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:
• Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations as needed
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and HR programs
• Contribute to process improvements and other HR initiatives that support organizational goals
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations as needed
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
