Accounting Manager

Salary:

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead the global monthly close and financial consolidation process
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, close processes, and accounting controls
• Support technical accounting projects, including new accounting standard implementations
• Serve as a key liaison with external auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the financial reporting and consolidation team
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, close processes, and accounting controls

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA certification
• Public accounting experience required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and global consolidations
