Salary:

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Process accounts payable and track vendor invoices by project and cost category
• Maintain job cost records and reconcile project costs to the general ledger
• Perform bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities
• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, capital contributions, and HOA collections
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting activities
• Assist with lender reporting, construction draws, and tax preparation support
• Maintain job cost records and reconcile project costs to the general ledger

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Real estate, construction, or development accounting experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of job cost accounting and multi-entity accounting environments
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
