Senior Financial Analyst – Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial analysis supporting month-end close, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, strategic planning, and variance analysis

  • Partner with functional leaders to analyze spending, identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support profitability and business decisions

  • Develop financial models, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data

  • Support cost accounting activities including standard costing, inventory revaluation, labor and overhead rates, cost pools and allocations, reserves, and consignment inventory

  • Maintain and reconcile financial data across systems, including Hyperion and Made-to-Manage, while supporting audits, process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives


Senior Financial Analyst – Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with approximately 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience; manufacturing or other advanced industrial environments are highly relevant

  • Strong FP&A, operations finance, financial modeling, management reporting, cost accounting, US GAAP, and advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with M2M, HFM, HFP, SAP, or similar systems is helpful
  • This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
