Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant

  • 2–5 years of accounting experience
  • Experience with Uniform Guidance single audits or healthcare accounting required
  • Public accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with financial reporting, consolidations, or general ledger accounting
  • Exposure to investment, fund, or grant accounting is a plus
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement flow
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to work effectively with large data sets
