Human Resources Business Partner
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.
- Conduct investigations, case reviews, and maintain confidential documentation.
- Lead disciplinary meetings, performance improvement plans, and employee coaching discussions.
- Support talent management efforts, including interviewing and employee development.
- Manage leave of absence and accommodation requests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and performance management.
- Experience conducting investigations, managing disciplinary actions, and resolving complex employee issues.
