HR Service Coordinator Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting activities for technicians, administrative staff, service managers, and project managers.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple locations.

  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employee and manager questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR matters.

  • Provide ADP support and assist with HRIS-related issues and employee records.

  • The HR Service Coordinator will coach managers on employee relations matters and HR best practices.

  • Support benefits administration, payroll-related inquiries, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.

  • The HR Service Coordinator will guide and escalate HR concerns to appropriate internal resources when needed.

  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

  • Assist with candidate communications, interview scheduling, and other recruiting activities.

  • The HR Service Coordinator will support corporate HR programs and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications of the HR Service Coordinator Role

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience.

  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR functions.

  • ADP experience preferred.

  • Benefits administration experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with HR policies, employee support, and manager coaching preferred.

  • Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
