Salary: $130,000 – $170,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Direct daily accounting and finance operations.
- Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
- Manage audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
- Oversee cash management, forecasting, investments, and banking relationships.
- Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Prior leadership and staff management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting.
- Experience overseeing audits, budgeting, and financial reporting.
