Key Functions
The Controller will be responsible for:

Overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate recording of all financial activity.

Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP, DCAA guidelines, and applicable regulations.

Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Managing banking relationships and monitoring organizational cash flow.

Overseeing payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Providing financial guidance to the accounting/finance team and promoting best practices.

Conducting audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and strengthening financial controls.

Supporting leadership with financial analysis, insights, and strategic planning.
Ideal Background
The successful Controller will be a CPA with approximately 10+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting/audit experience. Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with Delek Vision, QuickBooks, and Yardi are highly desirable.
