Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
• Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation

• Support payment processing and check matching activities
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
• Apply vendor discount terms when available
