Title: Law Firm Controller
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000

Key Responsibilities of the Law Firm Controller:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and payroll
- Manage revenue collections and cash flow forecasting (core focus)
- Maintain and ensure compliance with trust accounting requirements
- Ensure accurate reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls
- Utilize and manage accounting processes within Juris software
Qualifications of the Law Firm Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the law firm industry including experience with billable hours
- Managerial experience preferred
- Juris software experience is highly preferred
