Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls. This role will lead accounting processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and partner with leadership to drive financial accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, and account reconciliations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Coordinate annual audit activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
