Senior Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:
- Process weekly multi-state payroll for hourly, salaried, and union employees
- Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, payroll taxes, garnishments, and wage orders
- Reconcile payroll, investigate discrepancies, and make corrections
- Resolve payroll issues and maintain accurate employee records
- Support payroll system implementations, integrations, and process improvements
Senior Payroll Analyst – Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting high-volume payroll for 2,500+ employees
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll
- Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees; union payroll experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
