Key Responsibilities for the AR Supervisor:
- Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including cash applications and invoicing
• Lead and support a small AR team of specialists
• Manage customer reconciliations, credit memos, and payment applications
• Coordinate banking activities across multiple bank accounts and relationships
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and cash posting activities
• Support audit preparation and AR process improvements
Qualifications for the AR Supervisor:
- 4-5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience managing at least one direct report
• Strong background in cash applications and invoicing
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce/Nimble, or similar ERP/CRM systems
• Degree preferred
