Senior Accountant (Consultant)
Location: Goshen, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00

Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Improve and document accounting processes
• Maintain audit-ready support and schedules
• Assist with ERP and reporting projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Active CPA required
• 3+ years of public accounting OR 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Strong Excel skills

Preferred

• Audit background
• ERP experience (Business Central a plus)
• Power BI exposure
• Process improvement mindset
