Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
- Monitor cash activity, support treasury operations, and perform account reconciliations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, onboarding, and issue resolution.
- Administer the Concur platform, including user support, training, and system maintenance.
- Provide guidance and oversight to one direct report within the AP function.
- Partner with finance leadership on reporting, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Background in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, accounting operations, or a related finance function.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, cash management, and financial processes.
- Experience with Concur or similar expense management software is highly preferred.
- Prior construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
