Target Compensation: $120-140k
Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee cash flow, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial reporting
- Mentor accounting staff and identify opportunities for efficiency
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong background in financial reporting and general accounting
- Previous leadership experience within an accounting team
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
