Target Compensation: $70-85k
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist with variance analysis and management reporting
- Partner with department leaders to support planning and business initiatives
- Help improve reporting processes and financial models
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow
