Key Responsibilities for the VP Finance:
  • Serve as the VP Finance responsible for leading accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, and operational finance functions.
  • Guide budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management initiatives.
  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic growth objectives.
  • Oversee treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and investment administration.
  • As VP Finance, champion technology implementations, process improvements, and strong internal control environments across the organization.
Qualifications for the VP Finance:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA strongly preferred for the VP Finance position.
  • Progressive leadership experience across finance, accounting, and operations within a financial services organization.
  • Demonstrated success as a VP Finance leader or comparable executive managing technology implementations, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
