Salary: $175,000-$215,000 base + 20% bonus + minority equity

Key Responsibilities for the Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory:
• Serve as the lead advisor for key business-owner and multigenerational family relationships.
• Lead complex tax planning, financial advisory, succession planning, and strategic business discussions.
• Provide senior-level oversight on complex business and individual tax engagements.
• Drive client retention, practice growth, pricing strategy, and service expansion initiatives.
• As Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory, help modernize firm operations through technology and AI adoption.

Qualifications for the Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory:
• Active CPA designation required.
• 15+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to tax and advisory services.
• Experience advising closely held, family-owned, or multigenerational businesses.
• Strong background in tax planning, financial analysis, and business advisory services.
• Do not have to currently sit at a Principal, Tax & Financial Advisory
