Target Compensation for the Accounting Manager: $100,000 – $140,000 + discretionary bonus
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Oversee AP, vendor management, and expense processes
• Drive accounting process improvements and system initiatives
• Mentor and develop a Staff Accountant
• Partner on cash management and investment-related accounting activities

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• CPA required
• 5+ years of family office accounting experience
• Multi-entity financial reporting experience
• Open to a Senior Accountant ready to step into management or a current Accounting Manager
