What You’ll Do

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization’s monthly close process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage pharmacy-related accounting activities and financial transactions
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with month-end close activities
  • Support accounting functions including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliations, and in-kind contribution tracking
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and support vendor setup and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities
  • Strong experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Experience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
