Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new employees.
  • Prepare onboarding paperwork, collect required employment documentation, and maintain compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Enter and maintain employee information within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate background checks, employment verifications, benefits enrollment, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure onboarding tasks, training, and documentation are completed on time.
  • Serve as a resource for new hires by answering questions regarding onboarding, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Maintain organized and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an HR, Human Resources Assistant, HR Coordinator, or related role.
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
