Key Responsibilities for the Full-Charge Bookkeeper:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for multiple client accounts
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation
• Assist with payroll, sales tax, and 1099-related accounting tasks

Qualifications for the Full-Charge Bookkeeper:
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or comparable accounting software
• Experience with reconciliations, month-end activities, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of merchant-platform or e-commerce accounting
• Enrolled Agent credential or 1040 tax preparation experience is highly desirable
