Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Oversee month end close process.
- Lead and mentor team.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive business decisions within the organization.
- Implement process improvements within ERP.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 7+ years of accounting experience.
- Management experience highly desired.
