Head of Human Resources
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 base salary + 10 – 20% bonus
Location: North Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Human Resources:
- Lead HR compliance, risk management, employee relations, and operational best practices across the organization
- Manage payroll administration for corporate employees and oversee broader HR operations
- Direct recruiting efforts, including corporate-level hiring and talent acquisition processes
- Develop and implement improved HR systems, workflows, and technology solutions
- Manage and mentor HR team members while providing strategic and operational leadership
- Support HR due diligence, compliance, and integration activities related to international growth initiatives
