We’re partnering with a well-established, growing company seeking a Controller / Finance Director to lead its Finance & Accounting team and partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership.
This is a broad leadership role combining technical accounting, strategic finance, and team leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions
- Oversee capital planning, project accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset management
- Provide financial analysis and variance reporting to support business decisions
- Drive improvements to finance systems, processes, controls, and reporting
- Support audits, ERP initiatives, and other finance transformation projects
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
- Controller, Finance Director, Assistant Controller, or similar leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Active or inactive CPA strongly preferred; Master’s in Accounting is a plus
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
- Proven team leadership and development experience
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with capital planning, asset management, project accounting, or complex financial operations is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000–$180,000 base salary
- 10% target bonus

The role will be primarily onsite initially, with limited work-from-home flexibility available long-term.
