What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead complex IT integration and modernization programs
- Manage large-scale software and tool migration projects
- Work with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, and communication
- Support change management, training, and adoption initiatives
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful delivery
Required Experience
- 5+ years of technical project management experience
- IT integration and enterprise transformation experience
- Experience managing software development or infrastructure projects
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Project management methodologies including Agile and hybrid environments
Preferred Experience
- Azure DevOps
- Digital.ai
- Salesforce implementations or upgrades
- SAFe framework
- Prosci or formal change management experience
- Software industry background
