Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and build financial models to forecast and evaluate business performance.
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting packages covering financial and operational metrics such as volume, margin, labor, freight, inventory, productivity, and customer profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Lead financial reviews with business partners, communicating results, explaining key drivers, and constructively challenging assumptions and business cases.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, data quality, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
