The Opportunity
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll take a hands-on role in the month-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting while partnering with operations and accounting leadership. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced accountant who wants more ownership without moving completely away from day-to-day accounting.
What You’ll Do

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis

Support month-end and year-end close and ensure reporting deadlines are met

Prepare and analyze financial reports while researching account variances

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, fixed assets, and audit support

Partner with operations and accounting leadership to improve reporting accuracy and accounting processes
What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and month-end close experience

Proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP or accounting systems

Agriculture, manufacturing, food production, or other inventory-driven industry experience preferred
