Payroll Specialist
Location: Hollywood, FL (Hybrid)
Salary: $75,000–$95,000

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
- Support payroll system implementation (Oracle HCM preferred)
- Partner with Payroll, HR, and IT teams
- Assist with system setup, testing, and parallel payroll runs
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Review payroll data and improve processes
- Create reports and support audits
- Provide ongoing payroll support after go-live
Qualifications of the Payroll Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- 5-10+ years of payroll or related experience
- Oracle HCM Payroll experience is a plus
- Experience with UKG or Lawson is a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and taxes
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL is a plus
