Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Business Partner:
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development matters
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational effectiveness
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle initiatives
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting HR programs and policies

Qualifications for the Human Resources Business Partner:
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices
• Working knowledge of Michigan and federal employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
