Accountant
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities of the Accountant:
- Process full-cycle, in-house payroll for approximately 100 employees.
- Prepare and process payroll taxes and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and account maintenance.
- Prepare and manage progressive billing based on project and contractual requirements.
- Utilize governmental portals to submit required information and complete applicable accounting-related processes.
- Process and record cash receipts and ensure payments are accurately applied to customer accounts.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end close and other general accounting activities as needed.
Qualifications of the Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience processing full-cycle payroll and payroll taxes required.
- Experience with Infor/Syteline or a similar ERP system preferred.
