Salary: $55,000 – $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:
- Review employee timecards and support weekly payroll processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and employee record management.
• Administer benefits enrollment and eligibility tracking.
• Prepare and maintain certified payroll and prevailing wage documentation.
• Support managers and employees with Paylocity and HR-related inquiries.
• Maintain compliance records, training documentation, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
- 3+ years of HR, payroll, HR Generalist, or HR Specialist experience.
• Experience supporting payroll processes and reviewing timecards.
• Experience using HRIS or payroll systems; Paylocity preferred.
• Knowledge of onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, I-9s, or E-Verify is a plus.
