Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Location: Lakewood, Ohio
Salary: $72,000 – $80,000

Key Responsibilities (Payroll and Benefits Specialist):
- Process and oversee multi-state payroll, including deductions, garnishments, bonuses, commissions, retroactive pay, executive compensation, and payroll taxes
- Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for benefits and payroll-related questions
- Review payroll and benefits data for accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations
- Research federal, state, and local payroll requirements and help ensure ongoing compliance
- Manage payroll tax notices, state registrations, timekeeping, 401(k) contributions, and year-end W-2 processing
- Maintain accurate employee information across ADP Workforce Now, UKG, and benefit carrier systems
Preferred Qualifications (Payroll and Benefits Specialist):
- 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience preferred
- Strong multi-state payroll knowledge
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Knowledge of payroll taxes, benefits administration, and compliance requirements
