Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:
• Manage day-to-day HR activities for a workforce of 300+ employees
• Administer employee benefits and coordinate annual open enrollment
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy guidance
• Support workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and terminations
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR reporting within ADP and Excel
• Partner with executive leadership on employee matters, compliance, and HR initiatives

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
• Strong experience with benefits administration and employee relations
• Experience supporting workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and HR compliance
• ADP experience preferred, along with strong Excel skills
• Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Orlando, FL and be local to the Greater Orlando area
• Strong experience with benefits administration and employee relations
• Experience supporting workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and HR compliance
• ADP experience preferred, along with strong Excel skills
