Project Accountant
Salary $85,000 – $100,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant Role:
- Manage project setup, financial tracking, and maintenance within the accounting system.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on billing, accounts receivable, and project financial reporting.
- Review contracts, subcontracts, and change documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee subcontractor compliance requirements and process vendor payments.
- Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including reconciliations and project closeout activities.
Qualifications for the Project Accountant:
- 3+ years of experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or general ledger accounting.
- Strong reconciliation, reporting, and contract administration experience.
- Experience with construction ERP systems; Vista/Viewpoint experience is a plus. Knowledge of public sector construction projects is highly valued.
