Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Perform complex account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
• Support accounting integration activities related to acquisitions and company growth

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
