Key Responsibilities for the Business Advisor:
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate organizational performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement.
- Business Advisor will provide strategic guidance on business planning, financial management, and market expansion initiatives.
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions and develop customized action plans to address client challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
- The Business Advisor will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business results.
- Build long-term client partnerships through proactive communication, ongoing support, and delivery of measurable value.
Qualifications for the Business Advisor:
- 7+ years of business advisory, consulting, or public accounting experience.
- Manager+ experience with a Big Four or large regional accounting firm.
- Strong expertise in finance, operations, and business strategy.
- CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional designation preferred, with experience advising privately held and entrepreneur-led businesses.
- Proven success as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives.
