Lead the accounting function of a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturing and distribution company in a high-impact, high-visibility role.
Salary: $150K – $175K + bonus (target ~10%)

What You’ll Do as a Controller:
• Oversee all accounting functions across a multi-location business unit
• Lead and build out shared services for AP/AR across the organization
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–4, including Accounting Manager and transactional staff
• Handle month-end close, P&L analysis, vendor spend, aging, DSO, and cash flow reporting
• Drive process improvement and standardization across acquisitions
• Support system integrations and ERP enhancements
What We’re Looking For in a Controller:
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing industry preferred
• Leadership: Prior management experience with team oversight and cross-functional collaboration
• Systems: Strong ERP systems knowledge
• Soft Skills: Strategic thinker who can also dive into the weeds — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
