Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller:
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 accounting and finance professionals
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting
• Partner with the CFO on budgeting and forecasting for a $100M revenue business
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for the annual external audit
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and accounting operations

Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field
• 10+ years of accounting experience
• Previous leadership or people management experience
• Industrial, manufacturing, or construction industry experience
• Experience supporting a privately held or family-owned company preferred
• Experience within a $75M-$150M revenue organization preferred
