Director of Finance
Location: Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:
- Serve as the senior finance business partner to division leadership, providing insight on revenue, margins, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance
- Own month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis across multiple entities and locations
- Improve financial processes, reporting timelines, internal controls, and operational efficiencies
- Support acquisition integration efforts and drive finance system optimization, including NetSuite
- Develop and mentor the finance team while building accountability and high-performance standards
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
- Experience leading finance and accounting functions within a multi-entity, multi-location organization
- Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership as a strategic finance business partner in a hands-on environment
